Rolwaling himal is a group of mountain that include Gaurishanker and it lies east west valley below than Gaurishanker(7145m) and just south of Tibetan border. It is an isolated and culturally diverse area. The route stays mainly on the ridge , commanding a panoramic view of the mountain. Rhododendron flowers in spring are specially beautiful. Among many other mountains, Gaurishanker 7134m and Menlungtse7181m are outstanding. In addition, Choba Bhamare5993m of unique rock spires and mountains of Jugal Himal and Langtang Himal can be seen.
Beding and Na is the last Sherpa village of this valley, where more than 200 good Sherpa climbers, have been to the top of Mt. Everest and numerous other 8000m peaks in Nepal .cross over the Tashi Lapcha pass (5755m) and visit Thame, Tenzing Norgay's hometown, and enter the Khumbu valley, the legendary home of the Sherpas .which lies at the foot of Everest valley.

Day1 Your arrival to Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), you will be met by our Airport Representative, and transfer to hotel.
Day 2 Full day sightseeing tour of Kathmandu valley (Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath, Swayambhu, and Kathmandu durbar square).
Day 3 Drive Kathmandu to Dolakha (114 km), and trek to Ratomate (1000m).

Trek to Shingati (1200m).
Day 5
Trek to Jagat (1500).
Day 6
Trek to Simigaoun (1900m).
Day 7
Trek to Gyalche (3300m).
Day 8
Trek to Beding (3650m).
Day 9
Acclimatization day.

Trek to Na (4100m).

Trek to Tso Rolpa Lake (4500m).

Rest day at Tso Rolpa Lake.
